Shipping Policy
We currently only ship to the UK and ROI; International shipping cannot be provided without a prior quote from the ElectroMech Agri

FREE DELIVERY for orders over £125 (excluding VAT), weighing less than 30kg and under 1.5metres. Otherwise there will be a flat rate of £8.50.
We endeavour to process all orders placed before 12pm on the same day. Items placed after 12pm will be processed on the next available working day.
Stock Items will be delivered within 2-5 working days*
Non-stock items may take up to 10 working days* based on their availability.
All chemicals may take 5-10 workings days.
Highlands & Islands – Although we intend to provide a service to all areas of the UK deliveries may be delayed due to courier service in the area or may succumb to additional surcharges. The size of the parcel may also affect delivery. If there are any issues with delivery to your address ElectroMech Agri will contact you prior to dispatch of order.
ElectroMech Agri orders will be delivered via courier; however chemicals will be delivered separately – please see below.
Courier service
Courier services will be used for items <1.5m and <30kg and will be charged at a flat rate of £8.50 Orders over 30kg will be separated into two parcels and priced accordingly,
In some cases where a signature is not required when receiving the parcel, it will be left in a safe delivery location which will be advised on the courier’s calling card. Alternatively you can leave a note in checkout by filling out the ‘Authority to leave’ section and advise clearly on where you want your parcel left. This must be in a safe delivery location such as in the porch, shed or with a neighbour. ElectroMech Agri is not responsible for parcels left in the ‘safe location’.
Please note that parcels which require a POD as instructed by the sender will not be left in a safe delivery location and must be signed for in person.
Redeliveries will be FOC in Northern Ireland; unfortunately there will be a redelivery charge for customers in the ROI and Mainland UK.
Pallet Deliveries
For larger orders which will require a pallet for delivery, costs can range higher than a typical courier delivery. On these occasions we will contact you on the number or email provided at checkout to provide a quotation before proceeding with your order. Please note this may affect delivery time. You will need to have suitable equipment to unload the delivery of a pallet (i.e IBC’s)
Chemical Orders & Deliveries
We have partnered with our chemical suppliers to provide competitive savings on chemicals and their delivery throughout the UK and Ireland. Chemicals have a MOQ and must be ordered either as half or full pallet. Availability of which may vary.
A Trial Quantity of chemical or dip can be requested where drums are available.
Chemicals are Ex-Stock therefore these will be delivered separately to any other items ordered from ElectroMech Agri
Please note as chemicals are Ex-Stock and not all suppliers are based within the UK delivery may take longer than anticipated. If a delivery will take longer than 5-10 working days we will contact you using the details provided at checkout, please ensure details provided are correct.
Out of Stock Items
If an item you have ordered happens to be out of stock we will contact you to advise the item will be delayed or if the order will need to be cancelled.
Returns
We believe that the products we supply are of the highest quality and trust that our suppliers and delivery services provide the highest standards to you the customer.
However, if you are not satisfied with your product or if there is damage on delivery; you will need to notify ElectroMech Agri by email within 48hours of delivery. If your goods were damaged we will request photographic evidence to be sent to us via Email
Return of chemicals will not be available.
User error of products or when ordering products does not qualify for free returns or credit. It is the responsibility of the customer to order correctly. Goods can only be returned in their original condition.
If you are returning an item as a result of a mistake by ElectroMech Agri we will cover the cost of postage for the return of the parcel, otherwise customers will be subject to a 20% handling fee and will need to cover the costs of the return. The parcel will be the responsibility of the customer until it reaches ElectroMech Agri; we strongly recommend using recorded delivery.
*Subject to delays due to bank & public holidays or extreme weather conditions
We make it a priority to ensure all items for sale on the web site are in supply, and that you receive what you have ordered. If for any reason an item is out of stock, or we do not receive something from the producer in time for our delivery deadline, we will notify you of when we expect to be able to deliver your order. If you do not wish to wait for the late delivery you have the right to cancel your order for that item and you will be credited in full.
