Protecting the teats after milking is important for udder health. BouMatic has  developed a specific range of products to combine “Teat protection” and “Skin  conditioning”. Healthy skin is the first line of defence for teats. That is why BouMatic has opted for high quality emollients in its range of post-milking disinfecting or cosmetic products to keep teats supple and soft milking after milking.

BlueMAX Xtrem Cosmetic product containing chlorine dioxide BlueMAX Xtrem contains 15% of emollients for optimal skin conditioning. Perfectly healthy teats help fight against mastitis. When the teat skin is soft and supple, cleaning teats before milking is extremely easy.
BlueMAX Xtrem also contains lactic acid, which ensures optimum
skin exfoliation so as to prevent hyperkeratosis and sanitize the teat skin.

BlueMax Barrier A rapid natural disinfection and a physical barrier between milkings. The new generation product BlueMAX BarrierXT preserves the natural balance of skin hydration by creating a barrier permeable to air on each teat. This barrier helps prevent bacteria from reaching the open teat canal.
BlueMAX BarrierXT also maintains emollients in place so as to extend the skin conditioning of the teats longer than barrier-free dip products.

Powerful germicide

Gladiator Range

Gladiator Pre/Post is extremely versatile dip formulated to tackle even the toughest mastitis causing organisms. Gladiator Pre/Post is a chlorine dioxide Pre/Post base and activator. This product is the toughest dip on both contagious and environmental bacteria. Gladiator Pre/Post is an extremely versatile dip with a foaming capability, formulated to tackle even the toughest mastitis causing organisms.

Gladiator Pre/Post has high foamability and helps clean and disinfect the teats before or after milking, with optimal consumption.

Gladiator Barrier is the toughest dip on both contagious and environmental bacteria.

Gladiator Barrier is a 1% chlorine dioxide post-dip base and activator. This product is the toughest dip on both contagious and environmental bacteria. Gladiator Barrier is highly suitable for use against the toughest environmental challenges.

This chlorine dioxide based product is effective against cow-associated pathogens as well as environmental pathogens. Because of its mixing ratio of 1 part base and 1 part activator, Gladiator Barrier is easy and safe to use.

This superior film-forming barrier helps prevent bacteria from entering the teat canal. Reactivates when exposed to moisture - keeps protecting teats between milkings.

UdderDip is a liquid solution for teat disinfection which can be used before or after milking. Udder Dip has been developed for automated spraying of cows after milking but it can also be used for manual spraying. Udder Dip is ready-to-use and has a high foaming capability. Its iodine-based formulation is especially well-balanced between disinfection and strong cosmetic action. 

Its balanced pH makes it non-aggressive for teats despite its 5000 ppm iodine concentration.

Low consumption. Owing to its formulation specially adapted for spraying, teats are covered with an optimum dose.

HexiSpray is a liquid solution for post-milking teat disinfection by spraying. Hexi Spray is specially designed for manual or automatic spraying on teats after milking. Its formulation with 5000 ppm of Chlorhexidine is particularly well-balanced between disinfection and skin conditioning for repeated application. This product is ready-to-use and does not need to be diluted.

Specially developed for intensive use for automatic or manual teat spraying systems. Very well adapted for cows in robot milking systems or parlours with 3 milkings per day.

Its chlorhexidine-based formulation with 5000ppm chlorhexidine and high emollient levels is especially well-balanced between disinfection and skin conditioning. Moreover, the controlled pH makes Hexi Spray non-aggressive for teats and equipment.
